🌅Ki Deible
Counselor
I’m a Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA) with over 3 years of hands-on experience in addiction recovery. I’ve worked in clinical counseling, case management, and residential roles — which means I’ve seen this journey from every angle. That well-rounded background helps me meet people where they’re at and offer real, practical support that honors their individual path.
🌅 What I Do at Sunrise Recovery
At Sunrise, I handle client assessments, walk folks through program expectations, and help build personalized treatment plans that actually make sense for their life. I lead both group and one-on-one counseling sessions, offering steady support through every stage of recovery. I also work closely with the treatment team to make sure no one slips through the cracks — because long-term success isn’t just about showing up, it’s about being seen, heard, and followed through.
❤️ Why I Do This Work
I believe recovery is more than just staying clean — it’s about rebuilding a life that feels worth living. I’m here to walk with people as they face hard truths, grow emotional muscles they didn’t know they had, and slowly learn how to trust themselves again. Healing happens in relationship — when folks feel safe, accepted, and supported without judgment. That’s what I try to offer every single day.
🎨 Fun Fact
Outside of work, you can usually find me swimming, painting (I’m self-taught!), or crocheting something cozy 🧶. It’s my little way of staying grounded — and keeping my hands busy never hurts.
