Meet Stephanie Michelle James, the friendly face you’ll often hear first when you call Sunrise Recovery. As our receptionist, she keeps things running smoothly by answering phones, emails, and scheduling appointments inside and outside the clinic.

Stephanie brings a strong foundation in healthcare and has also completed Peer Support Training, giving her a unique perspective and a deep compassion for the people we serve. For her, the best part of recovery is simple but powerful—getting to be a productive member of society, showing up for her community, and embracing life with joy.

What lights her up the most? Service work and sober events. They’ve become her passion and a reminder that life in recovery is full of unexpected rewards.
